Client Care Advisor

This part-time role offers 28.5 hours per week, spanning our opening hours of 8 am to 7 pm, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their needs, and acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial to your success.

The ideal candidate will be IT literate, with experience in Word, Office 365, and customer relationship databases. You should possess excellent communication skills, a calm and attentive approach, and a genuine love for pets. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will need to prioritize your workload while delivering high standards of customer service.
