Veterinary Receptionist/ Animal Care Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Veterinary Receptionist or Animal Care Assistant to join our thriving team in Cumbernauld. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, stay calm under pressure, and possess a genuine affinity for animals. You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, managing appointments, handling payments, and providing support during stressful situations. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in animal care, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and participating in team meetings and continuous training sessions.

This temporary position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance through structured shifts from Monday to Friday and a rotation for weekend duties.
