Retail Supervisor - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and foster a positive work atmosphere. Effective communication and a hands-on approach are essential as you will be expected to resolve customer inquiries and assist in escalating any issues when necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales. You will also be accountable for staff scheduling, training new hires, and conducting performance evaluations. Collaborating with management to develop and implement sales strategies will be part of your role, as well as monitoring sales metrics and reporting on team performance. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
