Retail Supervisor - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead by example, demonstrating exemplary customer service and encouraging your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, training new employees, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.

Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. You will monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering and receiving merchandise, and carry out regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies. As a Retail Supervisor, you will also play a crucial role in implementing company policies and procedures while actively engaging with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
