Assembly Operative

DC Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing business within the print, graphics and signage industry.

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a practical approach and an interest in developing new skills.

The Role :

Working alongside experienced printers and production staff, you will assist with the preparation, finishing and assembly of printed products and signage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply vinyl graphics accurately to panels and other surfaces.
• Laminate Vinyls to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Carry out taping, trimming and cutting of printed materials.
• Assist with the preparation and finishing of printed products.
• Use print-based computer software where required.
• Assist skilled printers with day-to-day production tasks.
• Assemble signs and finished products.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.
• Follow company production, quality and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Rate of Pay

£12.71 per hour
