Overview

We are currently working with a leading company in Mallusk to help recruit dedicated Warehouse Workers. This role involves supporting a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse workflows and contributing to the overall success of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse worker looking for stable, ongoing employment in a busy warehouse environment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Duties
Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate materials handling techniques and equipment.
Operate forklifts safely to move pallets and heavy items within the warehouse.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing goods against documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
Support warehouse organisation by stacking, sorting, and storing products systematically.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure safety standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily warehouse tasks promptly and effectively.
Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support the smooth running of operations.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of materials handling.
Previous forklift experience and a valid forklift licence are advantageous.
Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of basic equipment maintenance.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
