Transport Administrator / Logistics Administrator – Hinckley | £13 per hour (£520 per week)

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch)

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally to support the transport team
• Filing and organising paperwork to ensure smooth workflows
• Maintaining and updating transport records and schedules on Google Sheets
• Coordinating communications between drivers, clients, and internal departments
• Assisting with various admin tasks to support daily operations
• Ensuring all documentation complies with company and transport regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in transport or logistics administration is beneficial
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient with Google Sheets and general office software
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
