We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Estover, Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term employment with a company that values reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic. The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing the opportunity to join the business permanently following a successful probation period.

Duties may include:

• Operating production and manufacturing equipment
  
  
• Assembling products to required specifications
  
  
• Quality checking finished goods
  
  
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Following company health and safety procedures
  
  

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential)
  
  
• Be reliable and have a positive attitude towards work
  
  
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  
  
• Have good attention to detail
  
  
• Be able to follow instructions and processes accurately

Due to the location of the site in Estover, having your own transport would be beneficial.
