This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to support a busy team on an initial four-week assignment. You will be comfortable handling telephone enquiries, processing orders accurately and maintaining organised filing systems. Main duties Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately. Act as a helpful and efficient first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues. Process and enter customer orders accurately using internal systems. Complete filing and general administrative duties. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organised and up to date. Support the wider customer service and office team with ad-hoc administration as required. Candidate requirements Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales-order processing or a similar office-based role. A confident and professional telephone manner. Strong attention to detail, particularly when entering order information. Good communication, IT and organisational skills. Comfortable learning and using internal systems. Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment. Reliable, punctual and available to commit to a minimum four-week temporary assignment.
