Project Controller - V06287

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is searching for an I&FS Project Controller to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role, based in Warton, demands a professional with significant experience in project control within the context of infrustructure and facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with established timelines and budgets
• Provide comprehensive project reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and external partners
• Facilitate project meetings and produce detailed minutes and action plans
• Utilise project management tools and software for tracking and reporting purposes

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Professional, preferably within the Defence & Security sector
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Contract Details:

• Location: Warton
• Duration: 12 months
• Working Hours: Standard hours, 3 days a week on-site (generally Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• Inside IR35 compliance
