Our client is looking for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead tax reporting, compliance, and governance across a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group tax reporting, including current and deferred tax.
• Manage year-end tax reporting across UK, US, and international entities.
• Oversee transfer pricing and tax disclosures.
• Act as the key contact for external auditors.
• Manage UK corporate tax and US federal/state tax compliance.
• Support international tax compliance and indirect taxes (VAT/sales tax).
• Monitor tax legislation changes and manage R&D tax claims.
• Improve tax controls, processes, and reporting efficiency.
• Support finance projects, systems improvements, and AI-driven initiatives.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified.
• Strong corporate tax and tax accounting experience.
• Knowledge of UK tax, with US tax exposure highly desirable.
• Experience within a multi-entity international organisation.
• Strong Excel and finance systems skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.
