Goods In Operative – Bendi & Counterbalance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Redhill. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong forklift experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and safe working practices.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Redhill. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong forklift experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and safe working practices.
The Role
- Unloading incoming deliveries using Bendi & Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading & unloading lorries safely & efficiently
- Completing daily forklift safety checks and following all site safety procedures
- Receiving & booking goods into the warehouse system
- Labelling & correctly identifying stock
- Moving & putting away stock into the correct warehouse locations
- Maintaining accurate stock levels & reporting any discrepancies
- Supporting the wider warehouse teams with day-to-day Goods In activities
- Maintaining a clean, organised & safe working environment
The Person
- Bendi Forklift & Counterbalance forklift licence – Essential!
- Experience operating multi-directional forklifts
- Experience working with in construction would be advantageous
- Previous Goods In, warehouse or material-handling experience
- Strong attention to detail & stock accuracy

- Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 3.30pm
- £29,000pa DOE
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- 20 days holiday + BH
