Location: Andover
Experience: NQ-9 PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £48,000-£75,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established Andover team.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential property caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Residential conveyancing
  • First-time buyer transactions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Leasehold property matters
  • Residential property investment
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property-related disputes
  • Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
  • Managing transactions through to completion

You will:

  • Take responsibility for your own caseload
  • Provide clear and practical advice to clients
  • Keep clients updated throughout their transactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
  • Embrace technology to deliver an efficient service
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the Residential Property team

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Residential Property / Conveyancing
  • Experience managing a caseload appropriate to their level
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • A proactive approach to their work
  • Confidence dealing with clients and third parties
  • A team-focused and collaborative approach
