Location: Andover
Experience: NQ-9 PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £48,000-£75,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established Andover team.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Residential conveyancing
- First-time buyer transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Leasehold property matters
- Residential property investment
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property-related disputes
- Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
- Managing transactions through to completion
You will:
- Take responsibility for your own caseload
- Provide clear and practical advice to clients
- Keep clients updated throughout their transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
- Embrace technology to deliver an efficient service
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Residential Property team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Residential Property / Conveyancing
- Experience managing a caseload appropriate to their level
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- A proactive approach to their work
- Confidence dealing with clients and third parties
- A team-focused and collaborative approach
