About the role
Receptionist – Macclesfield – Temporary – up to £13.50 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide ad-hoc cover on various days. This role is ideal for someone flexible, well-presented, and confident handling front-of-house duties in a busy office environment.
Key Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments
- Handling post and deliveries
- General administrative and reception support as required
