This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused manager to take responsibility for a dedicated business unit, combining P&L ownership, operational leadership, customer management and business development. The Role You will have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the profit centre, leading a team, managing key customers and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability. Full P&L and budget responsibility. Develop and deliver commercial and growth strategies. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team. Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships. Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Monitor financial performance, margins, costs and KPIs. Ensure projects and services meet quality, cost and timescale requirements. Work with technical, sales, operations and finance teams. Prepare management reports and forecasts. Drive continuous improvement and ensure H&S, quality and regulatory compliance. About You Proven experience managing P&L, budgets and financial performance. Strong commercial and business development skills. Experience leading and developing teams. Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Experience in renewable energy, engineering, utilities, technology or a related industry is advantageous. Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a focus on growth.
