Tempoary Maintenance Operative – Immediate Start – North Acton

Looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to work on a residential site for a one-week assignment. This pivotal role involves supporting essential maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of properties, including painting, fixing leaks, and general repair work. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to well-maintained environments, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Hourly Rate: £20 to £22, depending on experience.

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm

Start Date: This Friday or at the beginning of next week, with the work lasting for one week.

Location: North Acton

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work
• Ability to perform painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs
• Basic plumbing skills to fix leaks and other issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start either this Friday or early next week
• Flexibility to work for one week, with some tasks requiring physical effort
• Reliable transportation is a plus
