Inbound Sales Advisor

Salary: £25,506 plus average bonus earning potential of £4,300-£8,400 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday within 8am-8pm
Location: Fully Remote, Mainland UK only
Start dates: 21st September. 5th/12th/19th/26th October.

About the role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you'll speak with existing customers who may have an issue with their product or are looking to register an appliance. You will need to understand their needs and introduce them to new products and recommend the most suitable package for them.

You'll use your sales and communication skills to build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. This is a target-driven sales environment, so you'll need to be comfortable having sales conversations, handling objections and working towards measurable performance targets.

You'll be supported throughout your journey, with four weeks' initial training followed by ongoing coaching and development to help you build your confidence, achieve your targets and progress within the business.

This is a high volume, target driven sales environment, with daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. You'll need to be comfortable working at pace, having frequent customer conversations and maintaining performance in a repetitive sales environment.

What experience do you need?
We're looking for someone who is motivated by sales, comfortable working towards targets and enjoys building relationships with customers.
You'll need:

• At least 12 months' experience in a target-driven sales environment within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales, such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales or another high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A driven and resilient approach, with a genuine motivation to achieve targets

Working hours
This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, Monday to Sunday within the hours of 8am-8pm.
