Warehouse Operative / Relabeller

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Relabellers to work for our client based in Clay Cross.

We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join the team on a temporary basis, with the potential for longer-term work for the right person.

This is a Monday to Friday, day shift role with an immediate start.

Warehouse Operative / Relabeller Duties

As a Warehouse Operative / Relabeller, your main responsibilities will include:

• Unpacking boxes of gloves

• Checking products and packaging

• Removing existing labels where required

• Relabelling products correctly

• Checking labels for accuracy

• Repacking gloves into boxes

• Preparing boxes for dispatch

• General warehouse duties

• Keeping the warehouse and work area clean and tidy

• Following instructions and working accurately

The role involves repetitive warehouse work, so you will need to be comfortable working on your feet and carrying out the same tasks accurately throughout the working day.

Warehouse Operative – Hours & Pay

• Location: Clay Cross

• Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026

• Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Pay: £12.71 per hour

• Contract: Temporary, with potential for longer-term work

• PPE: Safety boots and high-vis required

Previous warehouse, packing, picking, labelling, relabelling, production or dispatch experience would be beneficial.
