This is a studio inside one of the UK’s most iconic independent integrated agencies – with studios across Manchester and Scotland.

The Manchester operation has grown fast over the past year on the back of national retail and travel wins, and a newly onboarded growth agency is now pitching for big-brand clients, with the pipeline expected to fill over the next six months. You join right as the volume and calibre of work steps up.

The Role
You are the craft backbone of the design output, stepping into a small, high-trust team, working directly alongside a senior peer and the client lead on a live roster of recognisable brands.

The work spans print, animation and brand. Expect a nice suite of projects across print and digital – alongside 2D animation in After Effects and brand guidelines for travel and property clients. You’ll own the full pipeline from concept through production, across both creative and conceptual projects with ongoing clients through to new pitch work. This is not a role where you execute someone else’s thinking; you’re expected to sketch ideas and shape early creative direction.

The Person
You’re a Midweight Designer with around four to five years’ agency experience. Your strongest suits are print craft and motion graphics. Brand guidelines exposure, ideally housing-adjacent, helps, and you use AI tools as part of your workflow rather than resisting them.
