Sous Chef – CG2326

The Owners of this fantastic property is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with the management of the dining options at their hotel situated at an upmarket holiday resort. The multi outlet hotel has a variety of restaurants and bars offering all day dining in different venues across the site. The resort is extremely busy not just through the holiday periods but throughout the year. Along with the variety of restaurants and bars offering different styles of fresh food menus there is also a bustling events, weddings and parties trade. In this role of Sous Chef you will be assisting to lead the brigade of 20 chefs across the site to ensure that they are working to the standards expected consistently. The role will also expect you to carry out some kitchen admin; follow hygiene legislation; manage the kitchen finances and create new dishes for the menus.

Requirements:

An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
