Graduate Marketing Executive – East Sussex – £30k+ DOE – Hybrid 

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of marketing activity across an international events portfolio. You’ll develop practical experience across content creation, social media, email marketing, case studies and event marketing, while working closely with sales and event teams. You’ll be trusted with your own deadlines and projects, with plenty of opportunity to learn, build confidence and grow your responsibilities over time.

• Own newsletter production, coordinating content, proofreading and scheduling.
• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content for the company.
• Capture photo and video content at UK and international events.
• Produce graphics, video edits and supporting sales collateral.
• Write blogs and website articles around events and industry activity.
• Coordinate case studies and repurpose content across marketing channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, content, social media, events or communications.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Basic experience with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar.
• Willingness to travel to events
