MEP Project Manager

Manage the full scope of mechanical and electrical installation works from inception to completion
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitor compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
Control budgets, resources, and schedules to meet contractual targets
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of MEP delivery
Ensure accurate commissioning and documentation in readiness for project handover

Must-have Requirements

Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction or building services
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale MEP packages effectively
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with project management tools and relevant compliance frameworks
