We are working with a prestigious independent Optical & Hearing Practice in the Bridgwater area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Optician to join their team. The Practice

This is a high-end practice with a strong focus on exceptional patient care, premium products and genuinely personal service.

The practice puts its patients at the heart of everything.

As a result, they offer longer testing and consultation times, allowing you to spend quality time with each patient, understand their individual needs and provide truly personalised advice.

You will play an important role in delivering an outstanding patient experience, from the initial consultation through to dispensing and aftercare.

You will be encouraged to use your knowledge and expertise.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed eye examinations and supporting comprehensive patient care,

• Working closely with the wider Optical & Hearing team.

• Explaining lens options and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with professional and regulatory standards.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with patients.

• Supporting the wider practice team with your knowledge and experience.
