Working as part of a highly established sales team, you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working as a sales negotiator at a senior level, with valuing / listing as part of your role. • Managerial experience within residential sales would be advantageous
• Have proven experience in residential sales and valuations
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Be commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development
• Be organised, professional and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence.

The package for this sales management role will include a basic of up to £33,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000 to £50,000.

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role from 9am to 5.30pm. Occasional Saturday work may be required to cover holidays, but this is a rarity.
