This is a high-volume, family-focused operation with a strong farm-to-fork ethos, offering great quality menus in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Rewards & Benefits Salary of £35,000 40-hour contract 5 days from 7 Typically working just one weekend day per week Predominantly daytime hours Excellent work-life balance for hospitality Independent, owner-led business Opportunity to make a real impact on the operation The Role As Front of House Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume restaurant operation, leading a large front of house team and working closely alongside the Head Chef. A key focus will be raising standards and improving consistency across the business, developing the team and ensuring a great guest experience throughout. The owners are very visible within the business but are not day-to-day operators, giving the successful manager plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make their mark. The business also runs occasional evening events including pizza nights and live music, with scope to further develop this side of the operation. Core trading, however, is very much daytime focused. The Candidate We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, Front of House Manager or F&B Manager with a background in busy, high-volume hospitality. You will be a strong, hands-on people manager who enjoys leading from the floor, developing teams and driving standards. You should be commercially aware, organised and confident taking ownership of an operation, while enjoying the informal and welcoming style of an independent business.
