About the role
Site Manager | Yorkshire | £40k - £50k + Package
We're currently working with an established regional contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their delivery team working on projects across Yorkshire.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Managing projects from site set-up through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics
- Managing programme, quality and health & safety
- Chairing site meetings and maintaining project documentation
- Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
- Managing snagging, handover and project close-out
What You'll Need;
- Previous Site Manager experience within a main contractor environment
- Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of construction programmes and site processes
- Confident managing projects with a good level of autonomy
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
