Recruitment Consultant – Industrial

REC2 Recruitment is working with an established, multi-office recruitment business seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its newly opened Yeovil branch.

You will join the Industrial Division and play an important role in growing the company’s presence across Yeovil, Somerset and the wider UK market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious 360 recruiter who enjoys winning new business, developing lasting client relationships and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will have the autonomy to build your own desk while receiving the support, resources and infrastructure of an established recruitment company.

The Role

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business across the industrial market.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable temporary and permanent candidates.
• Developing your own client portfolio and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Delivering a high level of service while achieving agreed revenue targets.

About You

Applications are invited from experienced Recruitment Consultants with:

• Previous 360 recruitment experience.
• A proven record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience within one or more of the following markets:
  • Industrial
  • Warehousing
  • Logistics
  • Production
  • Manufacturing
  • Maintenance
  • Facilities Management
  • Hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A commercially focused, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• The ambition to progress within a growing recruitment business.

Salary and Benefits

The successful Recruitment Consultant will receive:

• A basic salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission of up to 25% of total billings.
• Annual forecast bonus of up to £5,000.
