Site Engineer

Our client, a leading company in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector, is seeking a Site Engineer for a contract position based in Raydon. The ideal start date is Monday 7th September. This role involves ground investigation works, setting out, and report writing, with a focus on temporary works awareness and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing ground investigation works
• Setting out and surveying on-site
• Writing comprehensive reports on site activities
• Assessing and understanding temporary works requirements
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in all engineering tasks
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure project success
• Maintaining clear communication with senior engineers and project managers

Job Requirements:

• Experience in site engineering, particularly in the T&D sector
• Proven setting out skills and experience
• Knowledge of ground investigation practices
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports
• Understanding of temporary works and their safety implications
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
