eCommerce Content Coordinator 📍 Remote / Hybrid (depending on location) 💰 £160-£180 per day 📅 5-Month Contract | Early September - End of January We're looking for an eCommerce Content Coordinator to support a busy international eCommerce team across multiple digital storefronts and markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior content professional, eCommerce Assistant, Content Editor or Digital Executive looking to build their experience within a fast-paced online retail environment. The Role You'll play a key role in managing and updating content across four eCommerce websites covering four key international regions. Working primarily within Shopify, you'll ensure content is accurate, engaging and localised appropriately for each market. Key Responsibilities Upload, edit and maintain website content using Shopify Coordinate content updates across multiple international websites Support product launches, campaigns and promotional activity Use content translation and localisation tools to adapt content for different regions Ensure content is consistent, accurate and aligned to brand guidelines Work closely with marketing, eCommerce and regional stakeholders Carry out content QA checks and troubleshoot any content-related issues Help optimise the customer experience through effective content management About You 1-3 years' experience in eCommerce, digital content, website administration or content editing Hands-on experience using Shopify or a similar CMS/eCommerce platform Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Experience working with translated or localised content would be beneficial Strong written communication skills A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Why Apply? ✅ Great opportunity to gain international eCommerce experience ✅ Work across multiple markets and websites ✅ Exposure to Shopify and content localisation processes ✅ Join a collaborative and supportive digital team ✅ Perfect stepping stone for someone looking to grow their career in eCommerce and digital content *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
