Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager – Pensions

6-Month Initial Contract

Location: London / Hybrid 

Rate: £700-750 inside 

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid BA/PM to join a leading pensions business on an initial 6-month contract.

The role will focus on assessing and coordinating small to medium-sized change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting the wider change portfolio. You will work closely with business, technology, risk and operational stakeholders, with a strong focus on Member Services.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Hybrid BA/PM, ideally within pensions or the buy-side. 
• Strong experience conducting impact assessments and assessing business and technology change.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple small to medium-sized change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage across business and technical teams.
• Experience working across technology, risk and operational functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
