Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey Skillframe Ltd Telesales Executive - Sunbury 📍 Location: Sunbury 💼 Contract: Full Time, Permanent 🏢 Working pattern: Office-based only 💰 Salary: TBC + Commission Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive who is commercially minded, confident on the phone and motivated. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone & email, ensuring that you understand exactly what the customer is looking for, what they know about the product and identifying any concerns that they may have, establishing their need and reasons for starting to find out about product now. Before you book an appointment, you will be required to ascertain if your product is right, you are the right company and that the customer is the right customer for our client… This is where our client is different!! They don’t push customers to have an appointment. They are a professional, friendly and a helpful business who wants to make sure that the customer is sure of their needs and requirements. Following up appointments - You will be a point of contact from the moment the customer enquires, to the moment that they place an order and at this point they are handed over to a team member who will take them through the order and then through installation. Prior to placing an order, a customer may have an objection to price, product or both. These scenarios could also be a situation that prevents them from placing an order immediately (Health issues, hospital, building works etc). You will build a relationship with the customer and ensure that they are comfortable in proceeding. An element of this will be overcoming price objections and comparing to competitors BUT our client is not a hard sell business and they do it differently. They are personal, friendly and have a softer approach. This is the reason that they gain customers, despite not being the cheapest in their industry. 🔥 What will you be doing? · Making outbound calls and booking quality appointments for the sales team · Qualifying leads and assessing how genuine and valuable each opportunity is · Identifying potential sales and understanding the likely timescale to purchase Following up with customers after sales visits to understand why they haven't proceeded Handling objections and finding solutions that can turn a "no" into a "let's go ahead" Reviewing photographs of customers' existing home environments and learning how to produce accurate quotations Sending quotations to customers by email Completing order forms accurately and efficiently Updating and managing information through CRM systems Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise conversion 🎯 What our client is we looking for? They’re looking for someone who has proven telesales experience and a genuine hunger to succeed and listen to customers needs and concerns. You'll need to be: Experienced: A proven track record in sales and client relationship building Driven & Motivated: Wanting to make a sale, but at the same time, ensuring that both parties are comfortable and happy. Confident: Comfortable speaking to customers and handling objections Technically capable: Confident learning how to interpret customer photographs and produce quotations Accurate: Excellent attention to detail is essential when completing orders Articulate: A strong standard of written and spoken English is required Organised: Comfortable managing multiple leads, follow-ups and customer information CRM savvy: Previous experience using a CRM system would be highly advantageous You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of getting to the bottom of a customer's concerns.
