Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.
This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials.

What you’ll be doing:
- Repairing damaged panels to a high standard
- Preparing and priming panels ready for paint
- Carrying out panel straightening and dent removal
- Using modern repair methods and equipment
- Delivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards
Package:
- Up to £39,000 basic salary
- Bonus up to 15%
- 15% pension contribution
- 45 hours per week
- 9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00
- Shift patterns discussed at interview
