Synergy Personnel Services is partnering with a highly regarded, fast-growing national legal services provider to appoint a Senior Associate or Partner-level Family Solicitor to join its established Private Client team in Worcester.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced family lawyer to take on a strategic role within a nationally recognised practice, advising a high-quality client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professionals.
The Opportunity
You will join a respected Family team specialising in complex and high-value matters, including divorce cases involving business interests, inherited wealth, and intricate financial arrangements.
The team is known for its pragmatic and empathetic approach, supporting clients through sensitive situations while delivering clear, commercially focused advice.
Work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong emphasis on resolving disputes efficiently—whether through court proceedings or alternative methods such as mediation and collaborative law.
At Partner level, this role offers a genuine platform to shape and grow the family offering in Worcester, supported by a strong national network and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading on a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and dissolution, particularly high-value and complex financial cases
- Financial remedy proceedings involving business assets, trusts, and property portfolios
- Private children matters and arrangements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including litigation, mediation, and collaborative approaches
- Managing complex and sensitive cases with a pragmatic and client-focused approach
- Acting as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Driving business development and strengthening client relationships
- Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the Worcester office
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in England & Wales
- Significant experience in family law, particularly complex financial matters
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private family issues
- Proven ability to manage high-value, sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy
- For Partner level: demonstrable business development capability and a following or clear growth strategy
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
