Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant General Manager

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operation of a bustling city-centre restaurant. Your responsibilities will include 

• Leading, inspiring, and developing a large front-of-house team
• Delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Driving sales and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
• Managing labour costs and staffing levels effectively
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing team members
• Creating and managing efficient staff rotas
• Building a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture
• Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Working closely with the senior management team to drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and food safety standards

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, or an ambitious Deputy/Assistant Manager ready to step up to this exciting challenge. You'll bring substantial experience leading and inspiring teams in a high-volume restaurant environment, coupled with outstanding leadership and communication skills. You'll also bring:
