SEN Learning Support Assistant Required

A well-respected secondary school with a thriving SEND department is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional educational and emotional support. Key Duties:

Supporting students with SEND in lessons
Delivering targeted intervention programmes
Providing academic and emotional support
Encouraging engagement and classroom participation
Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
Supporting students with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties

We Are Looking For:

Previous Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Support Worker or SEND experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Confidence working with secondary-aged students
Ability to build trusting relationships
