Project Manager

Birmingham, UK VIQU Energy Limited Project Manager - Remote      We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-voltage and low-voltage infrastructure projects from design through commissioning. Make an impact in the renewable energy market while working with a collaborative, innovative team.     Role Overview    You will lead the end-to-end delivery of ICP grid connection projects, ensuring compliance with DNO requirements, NERS accreditation, and industry standards. Mentor and support the project management team while coordinating with external stakeholders. Drive technical excellence, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement across our UK project portfolio.      Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. Ensure all works comply with the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve successful delivery outcomes. Manage project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to overcome potential challenges. Provide technical and managerial guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Criteria: Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical infrastructure. Demonstrable experience working on high voltage electrical infrastructure. Strong understanding of Electrical Transmission and Distribution systems. Track record of managing multiple projects of varying values and complexities. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hold industry certifications such as SHEA Power, Asbestos Awareness, NRSWA Relevant Project Management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
