We are seeking an exceptional Estates and Capital Projects Manager to join the University of Chichester Academy Trust, supporting our family of academies across Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex.
Reporting to the Premises and Health & Safety Manager, you will support the strategic management of the Trust estate and lead maintenance and capital projects across multiple sites.
The University of Chichester Academy Trust
The Trust currently encompasses 17 academies, 2 Inclusion Centres and a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training base across Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex.
About You
Experience in building surveying, estates management or property maintenance. Experience managing repair, maintenance, refurbishment or capital projects. Strong understanding of building regulations, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence required.
