A house-hold name in the UK retail sector is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of customer loyalty campaigns and supplier-funded promotional activity. Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll help plan, build and execute targeted campaigns, manage customer audiences, and create engaging customer communications across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup and delivery of loyalty and promotional campaigns.
• Respond to customer and colleague enquiries relating to promotions.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with established processes.
• Good data entry / processing skills to move data from source to target CRM.

About You

• Experience in a marketing, CRM or loyalty role is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with marketing / CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, proactive and adaptable, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident building relationships.
• Enthusiastic about developing knowledge and experience within CRM, loyalty and customer marketing.
