Are you an Embedded Security Engineer / Applications Engineer based in London looking for your next opportunity? As an Embedded Security Engineer / Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of integrated security systems, working across a range of commercial, corporate, and critical infrastructure environments to deliver robust access control and video management solutions. Responsibilities:

* Design and configure access control and video management systems to meet client specifications and project requirements.
* Install, commission, and integrate security platforms across single and multi-site environments.
* Provide technical applications support, troubleshooting system faults and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation, including system schematics and commissioning records.
* Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client presentations.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience in a security systems engineering or applications role within the electronic security industry.
* Hands-on experience with C-Cure access control software, including system configuration and administration.
* Demonstrable experience working with Genetec Security Centre for video management and access control integration.
* Strong understanding of IP networking as it applies to security system infrastructure.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA or IPSA membership (desirable).
