At Randstad Education, we are currently recruiting for Secondary English Supply Teachers to support schools across Chester and the surrounding North Wales border. We have a range of opportunities available, spanning from flexible, day-to-day cover to stable, long-term teaching placements.

• Delivering engaging English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (lesson plans are already provided for daily supply cover!).

• Fostering a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.

• Following school behaviour policies and keeping students on track with their work.

• Leaving brief, helpful handovers for the regular English teacher at the end of the day.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus, but not required).

• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one with our help).

• A genuine passion for inspiring young minds through language and literature.
