About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Cover Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a premier residential site in Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes.
• Working alongside a leading national housebuilder, you will maintain momentum across ongoing plots, ensuring safety, build quality, and program schedules are strictly met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site health and safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and UK regulations.
• Direct day-to-day activities of sub-contractors and site trades.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
• Monitor progress against build schedules and report updates to the Project/Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Black or Gold).
• Proven track record as a Site Manager within volume residential housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and timber frame / traditional construction practices.
• Immediate availability and ability to commute reliably to the site
