Role Details

• Job Title: FLT Hybrid Production operative

• Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing

• Location: Spring Road, Wigan, WN5 0LB

• Pay Rate: £20.20 - £22.45 per hour, dependent on shift (Weekly pay)

• Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday (Days, Afternoon & Nights - Rotational / Ad hoc 3 shifts)

What You'll Be Doing

• Hybrid Operations: Splitting your time between operating the counterbalance FLT and stepping up to support line/machine duties and production leadership.

• Materials & Dispatch: Moving raw ingredients, finished products, and packaged goods across a fast-paced food production floor.

• Flexibility: Adapting and cross-training across multiple departments as production needs evolve.

What We Need From You

• License: Current, accredited Counterbalance FLT License (Mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of FLT experience; food manufacturing or production background is a strong plus.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidence working with minimal supervision, and a proactive leadership mindset.

• Logistics: Reliable transport arrangements to make shift start times in Wigan.
