Job description

The role of the Operations & Compliance team on-site is interesting and challenging, demanding high levels of co-operation from our clients, stakeholders, and suppliers. • Ensuring residents within the centre are provided with an effective service in line with the Detention Services Performance Standards and Framework.
  • Monitoring the IRC supplier's compliance with the contract, ensuring the site is operated in a safe and secure manner in accordance with relevant legislation.
