Multi Trade Operative

We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor. My client is currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team covering the Kingston area.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within residential properties, with the position being offered on a temp to perm basis.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out a range of multi trade repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling
• Carrying out repairs within occupied and void properties
• Completing repairs to a high standard and right first time
• Working safely and professionally within occupied properties
• Providing a professional service to residents

To be considered for this role, you must have previous Multi Trade experience, ideally within social housing or residential maintenance. You will also need a full UK driving licence and your own tools.

This is a temp to perm position and you will receive the below:

• £22 – £24 per hour whilst temporary
• Permanent salary up to £38,000 per year
