We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, state-of-the-art air cargo warehouse in Castle Donington, near East Midlands Airport.
CHOOSE THE NIGHTS THAT SUIT YOU
Night shifts are available between 22:00 and 05:00, Monday to Sunday, giving you the flexibility to choose the nights that work best for you.
We offer flexibility around which nights you work, but we’re looking for reliable workers who can commit to a minimum of 4–5 night shifts per week.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll play an important role in keeping the airport cargo operation running smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading freight from lorries and aircraft containers
- Sorting parcels and cargo weighing up to 20kg
- Using handheld scanners to track shipments
- Working safely and efficiently in a secure aviation environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who:
- Can commute to Castle Donington
- Can commit to at least 4–5 night shifts per week
- Are available to work night shifts between 22:00 and 05:00
- Are reliable and punctual
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are willing to learn and complete training
- Are comfortable with physical, fast-paced work
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Parcel Sorter, Picker/Packer or Cargo Operative is an advantage, but not essential.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Due to the secure aviation environment, you will need:
- A 5-year checkable work/education history covering 2021–present
- To successfully complete a criminal record check
