Senior Project Manager

This is a Senior Project Manager fixed-term contract where you own budgets end-to-end and hold the authority to challenge spend across two markets.

The studio behind it is a global retail experience design agency, operating from offices across four cities on three continents, with a client roster spanning some of the world’s most recognised technology, sportswear and travel brands. This particular role sits inside active, large-scale delivery, including live UK/US project work, which is where its shape becomes interesting: reconciling costs across markets is built into the job, not an occasional complication.

The Role
You’ll run complex, large-scale production and build projects from planning through delivery. That means coordinating internal teams, suppliers, partners and stakeholders across UK and US operations, and holding them all to timeline, scope and cost.

The commercial detail is yours. You own project budgets day-to-day, track spend accurately, and keep costs on target. Where costs vary between markets, you’re the one navigating the difference, spotting risk early, and flagging potential overspend before it becomes a problem. This is a delivery-focused remit with real commercial weight – the authority to interrogate and challenge spend sits with you, without heavy management overhead sitting on top of it.

The Package
£55,000 – £60,000 pro rata
Hybrid working: 2–3 days onsite in London
6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term

The Person
You’re a Senior Project Manager currently delivering large-scale builds and complex production, likely inside a retail design studio, experiential or set-and-build firm, or a brand experience business handling physical rollouts.

Large-build experience and hands-on, day-to-day budget management are essential. You’re commercially fluent and comfortable challenging costs. Anyone used to working with international, US-based teams will settle in fastest.
