Dartford, Kent TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) Area Sales Manager – HVAC Location: London & Home Counties Salary: £45,000–£50,000+ DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus/Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious HVAC sales professional to join a growing HVAC business as they continue to build and strengthen their UK sales team. This is a field-based sales position, covering London and the Home Counties, with a mixture of inherited accounts and significant scope to develop new business. The role will predominantly focus on the contractor market, developing relationships, identifying projects and growing sales across the territory. The Role * Develop and grow sales across London and the Home Counties * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts * Proactively identify and win new business * Build strong relationships with M&E and HVAC contractors * Develop a strong pipeline of short and long-term opportunities * Spend the majority of your time out in the market meeting customers About You We're looking for someone hungry, commercially driven and keen to build something. You'll ideally have: * Previous sales experience within HVAC, air conditioning or building services * Relationships within the M&E/HVAC contractor market * A track record of developing new business alongside managing existing accounts * Strong relationship-building and commercial skills * The confidence and drive to operate autonomously across a busy territory * Full UK driving licence This is a strong opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its development, with the chance to establish yourself as a key part of a newly developing sales team and progress longer term
