APPRENTICE - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

25 hours per week

Apprentice minimum wage - £8.00 per hour / £200 per week for first year, rising to appropriate Apprentice National Minimum wage for age in year 2.

We’re looking for an Apprentice Fitness Instructor to join the team at Blidworth Leisure Centre - bringing energy, enthusiasm and a great attitude.

This is your chance to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience and achieve a nationally recognised qualification in a busy, friendly leisure environment.

You’ll support our fitness activities and classes, creating a welcoming space where customers feel safe, confident and motivated to reach their wellbeing goals.

With guidance from experienced instructors, you’ll build the coaching, customer-service and gym-floor skills you need for a successful future in fitness and leisure.

Your apprenticeship combines structured training with real gym-floor experience. On completion of your 18-month to 2-year fixed-term contract, you’ll gain a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Hours are worked on a 2 week rolling rota and includes a balanced shift pattern of early mornings, evenings and weekend working.
