Field Service Engineer

Up to £42,000 + Additional Benefits

Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-performance machinery, and they are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their existing team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to sites, liaise with clients, provide technical support, install and service advanced manufacturing machinery.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities;

–          Travel to new and existing customer sites across the UK and worldwide

–          Liaise with customers and provide technical support when required

–          Install and commission machinery on site

–          Service, test and calibrate the machinery

–          Ensure that all products meet all quality and compliance standards

–          Complete all service and customer documentation accurately

Field Service Engineer Requirements;

–          Engineering degree, HND, HNC, apprenticeship or equivalent experience

–          Experienced in a field service, commissioning, support, maintenance or similar engineering role

–          Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge

–          Ability to read technical drawings

–          Experience with control systems, sensors, pumps, pneumatics, electrical fault-finding or industrial machinery

–          Experience fault-finding and solving technical problems independently

–          Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently

–          Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills

–          Full UK driving licence

–          Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
