We’re looking for engaging and outgoing individuals to join a people-focused, customer service call centre within a leading Global Investment firm.

The ideal candidate will be highly confident, have radiating energy and be concise in communication, with the professionalism and composure to support customers through a range of queries and complaints.
Working within a team-focused environment, you’ll help a range of customers through to family offices and corporations navigate solutions designed to support their saving needs.

You’ll be required to work alternating shift patterns over 5 days a week, scheduled in advance, ranging from 8am-8pm- therefore flexibility is essential.

Prior experience of working within a fast paced customer services environment or within retail banking is required.

What you’ll do:

• Manage incoming calls from customers, providing general support and aiding with account opening and servicing.
• Support the day-to-day coverage of account maintenance processes and handle escalated customer complaints using a solution focused approach.
• Work in line with established procedures and compliance policies, completing compliance training as scheduled.
